With the Sainsbury's School Games and a summer of sport approaching us, it is important to remember to be safe when playing in the sun.

Getting kids active in the fresh air at breaks and after school is vital for their overall health, whether its playing sport, garden club or learning a new skill.

The last thing on their minds is sun protection and often there can confusion on who’s responsible, however with rates of melanoma steadily rising, this needs to be taken seriously.
